Our Australian parent company, World Workers Group, is a leading labour hire business specialising in supplying workers to the meat processing industry. Its success is measured by the positive impact it makes on both our clients and the workforce we support. Since 2006, they have taken pride in connecting workers with local businesses across most parts of Australia.<\/p>

Following this theme, Pako New Zealand was originally set up in New Zealand in 2022 to bring Migrant Workers from Vietnam and Cambodia predominately into the Abattoir & Meat Industry on 3-year Accredited Employer Work Visa\u2019s. This has proved very successful, so much so that we are now expanding the industries to which we can supply and the avenues from which we source the trained, motivated people that ambitious New Zealand businesses are demanding.<\/p>

We are now placing migrants in the Heathcare, Aged Care, Engineering, IT and Food Production sectors and have established recruitment partnerships in Sri Lanka and South Africa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

PAKO New Zealand is an Accredited Employer Work Visa specialist and, as a company, we believe that we provide the most comprehensive Pastoral Care Service in New Zealand. We have a soft-landing approach to pastoral care and endeavour to treat our Migrant Workers like family. This philosophy has led us to have 600 Migrant Workers in country, all employed across these various sectors.<\/p>

At the same time, we have purchased Nelson Labour Hire so that we can work with people on Working Holiday Visas from, not only Vietnam, but all 40 odd countries that have agreements with the New Zealand government. Our experience has taught us that those on these visas have an excellent work ethic and compliment the existing teams at their work placements.<\/p>
